"The property manager Trevor is always very courteous and kind, and helpful if ever there is an issue with an appliance, etc. I've lived here for two years, and have never had a thing to complain about."

"Literally the worst place to live, especially if you are downstairs. You can hear every little thing you neighbor does. Its beyond the normal noise apartments make. I could hear exactly where everyone was. You can even hear coughing... DONT MOVE HERE!"

"Don't move into the bottom floor, the noise from squeeky floor boards will disrupt your sleep especially if your neighbor is heavy set. Trevor is a scary manager. Caught him looking in my window while resting on my couch a number of times. Came home one day and their was white paint on my door knob. He happen to be working on the apartment next door, and I could tell that someone was in my apartment, because my bathroom door was open ( which I close when I leave), and my service dog was acting cowardly and cautious when I walked through the door. Every time someone moves out he rips out the carpet. He had so much of it that he lined the community garden walk areas with it once, which wasn't so smart. The plants didn't do so well after that. Trust me... moving here was a mistake. A no fault eviction when the owners wanted to upgrade...was a blessing. Just feel sorry for other residents."

"Trevor didn't know how to maintain a pool. So they took it out and raised our rent. He was a nosey pain in the rear. Literally looking in my windows and the elderly lady next door to me. She's the one that caught him Rose. I moved, then she moved and my sister had a place there too and left, along with the lady that babysat for us. Also didnt get the deposits back we were told we would. Oh I could go on."

"I lived here in 2010-2011. This is by far the best place I have ever lived at. The manager Trevor is probably the hardest working managers I have ever known. This is a very quiet complex. I cannot think of any complaints. I would highly recommend living here."
