"Working with the managers here is really great. Both of them are very understanding and caring. They also answered all of my questions promptly and without hesitation. There is ample parking, no assigned spots but each unit is allowed 3 vehicles which is definitely a plus. I was not able to see the place because the tenant is still residing there but it looks spacious and they are replacing the carpet before we arrive. There is no pet rent, there is no deposit, there is no first and last due at signing. Just pay your prorated rent and you are good to move in. My wife and I are excited to live here."

"I lived here for 3 years and loved it. The manager Lisa is wonderful, caring, welcoming, friendly. They have had a few maintenance workers in this time and every one of them has been friendly, professional, and prompt. All of my maintenance requests were resolved within 24 hours, even though they were far from emergencies! The grounds are kept very clean and tidy, there are plenty of dumpsters and recycling bins so the trash is never overflowing. I never had issues with pests or mold. Parking is ample and free with good lighting at night that makes me feel safe and secure. There are nice grassy areas to walk your pet. The community is quiet and respectful. I never had any issues with noise or disruptive parties. Overall, a great place to live! I only left to move for a new job, or I would have stayed!"

"Let me just say that i can tell you all of the good reviews on these apartments are fake. The manager of these apartments has SEVERAL complaints of harrassment against her, shes unprofessional, nosey, rude, and pushes the limits of what she does legally. Since iv moved in if its not one thing its another with her. She also screamed in my face not even a week after moving in because of where my car was parked. Iv already filed a claim to the fair housing act and will be contacting police regarding her continued harrassment and threatening behavior."

"We lived there for 2 years, one of the best places I have ever rented. The buildings themselves are older, but very well maintained. What makes this community such a gem, though, is the staff. Lisa, the property manager, is outstanding and Princeton Properties is lucky to have her. Every issue we had (there weren't to many) was fixed immediately and handled well. Lisa truly puts her tenants first and constantly strives towards making the community as pleasant as possible. If you are looking for a quiet, well looked after space to rent, you should check out GHW. We needed to move somewhere closer to work or we would still be living there."

"Garden Home West offers a friendly, diverse , and uniquely refreshing community to call home. Everyone from the elderly, to new parents with kids, and even young college grads feel welcome. The managers Keri Ann and Lisa honestly care about the tenants and it shows through their kind and genuine actions towards others. In fact, the entire staff gets together to throw some great seasonal parties in the office/clubhouse. I was lucky enough to be a part of the Summer Ice Cream and Pizza Social today, and man was it a blast! Some local amenities include a HEATED pool, car wash station, and walking distance to shops/restaurants. If you're looking for the perfect apartment that's close to Portland, but without the traffic and outrageous pricing, then you've stumbled upon a true gem."
