"Tons of hair embedded in the sheets. Didn’t even bother asking. If vehicles stuck in the hotel lot doesn’t inspire customer service, can’t imagine habitability is a priority here. I slept on top of the linens. It was truly disgusting Please do better. This hotel is maybe $60/night quality. It’s as clean as a cheap hostel"

"Came across a post for this place in Portland, which we visited in June/ July 2022. One of the finest, if not the finest place, we stayed in, on our visit to the US. Stood out for Hygiene & cleanliness. Stayed for 2 Nights, when we motored down to Seattle."

"Great room for the price. Walls are a little thin, and the windows are not sound resistant, so hotrod sounds invade a quiet sleep. The room was clean and had standard amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body face and hand soap, hair dryer, television, and a nice shower, though the neighbors probably hated the 4 am high-pitched squeel from the pipes. And there was a strange smell from the ac unit, similar to stale urine. My biggest issue was lack of open plugs for my cpap and phone charger at the bed. There were plugs near the ac unit, but they were very loose and i couldnt get my phone charger to stay plugged in. The small 3 pillows worked, but only because my husband is kind and let me have 2. These are all small issues, they would not deter us from returning when on a tight budget. But if we can spend a little more, we might not return."

"There were some overlooked cleaning items in our room, but nothing worth changing rooms. We were right across the hall from the elevator, but surprisingly I never heard sound from the hallway, or from the rest of the building. This was a much less expensive stay for a single night in this area. The man at the front desk moved very quickly and efficiently to get us checked in, despite not having use of one arm. He was very friendly and thoughtful in the checking process. The property in general is older, and not updated, but my eyes didn't care while I was asleep. As others mentioned, there are several convenient food items located very close to the property; McDonalds, Starbucks, Round Table Pizza. If you need a less expensive option, this could work well!"
