"Love this place! I've stayed here about 5 times now and it's my favorite hotel to use when I'm in Portland! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the aesthetics are eclectic and chic. The staff is very friendly and John in the lobby is always up for a chat or to give you recommendations for things to do around Portland. Rooms are clean and price is reasonable considering the value you receive. Highly recommend!"

"Great time and beautiful hotel. Everyone was friendly but our reservation was all mucked up. Never got the complimentary food voucher and didn't get to use points as requested the system kept charging full price. I had pre paid 2 rooms, couldn't find the reservation, not 100 percent happy with the outcome but a lovely place. Just.had to pay twice"

"I stayed here for business, but absolutely would not pay for it with my own money. The rooms in this hotel have clearly been hastily renovated. The workmanship is not there and it shows. If you get a room without issues, it's, at best, passable. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. DON'T RECOMMEND. Cleanliness: My first room had stains along the headboard and mattress protector. The glasses in the bathroom had marks all over them. When I brought it up via text, they informed me a manager would contact me. After 8 hours of no response, I followed up and they said they'd call me the next day, when I'd be checking out. I requested a room change that night and was given a different room. Although this room didn't have those same issues, it was clear at that point the rooms in this hotel had the same air of neglect. The sheets were slightly torn at the ends, carpets looked dirty, etc. The manager removed the destination charge and the early arrival fee from my bill, which don't seem like that much in comparison to the rate it's asking for. The wifi was also terrible to use - it constantly disconnected."

"The room was very nice, I booked here because the price was right when looking for hotels in the area. But I will likely be back if I come back for a vacation; the location is great if you want to walk or take public transit. It was during a storm when I was visiting, but lots of great stuff in walking distance if the weather were better. If you're coming from the airport the red line will take you to the back side of the hotel. Get off at pioneer Square exit. The gym is very nice and clean, and has a place to fill your water bottle. The bar was nice, and breakfast was as well. Their coffee was legitimately very good coffee, it's coffee shop quality in your hotel lobby. That's probably the main reason to be back. Parking was good, in a garage with easy in and out. Parking was pretty normal price for portland, there was a more expensive option for valet Parking, but the garage was easy to navigate so self parking is the way to go, in my opinion. The front desk was kinda rude at first, I came in work clothes (jeans, sneakers, beanie, and a heavy coat), guess I wasn't the usual clientele. I came to ask how to get into the garage/get a physical key for it, once he looked me up he got a lot nicer. Everyone else was incredibly nice, especially the bar tender and the guy in the morning at the restaurant."
