"not sure if the same manager still works there but we moved out about a yr ago. rlly unprofessional. i got a noise complaint from her maybe 3 times for playing my music but one or two of the times was before quiet hour. she was really invasive , criticized how I dressed a multitude of times. got into my moms business and threatened to take her to court because i had a wine bottle in my bag while leaving the apartment. Doesn’t give u the passcode to open the gate you HAVE to buy a key because she doesn’t trust the tenants and they’re plastic and easily break. her and her friends talk Smack and sit outside everyday observing what everyone’s doing I even had one of her friends who doesn’t work there start screaming at me because i found a way to get in without a key even though i wasn’t arguing back to the actual manager and was complying. just overall an unpleasant place to live in doesn’t feel like home at all i dreaded going back there everyday. oh and I told her we’re going to move out and she gave my mom and i an eviction notice right after I said that. The area isn’t safe either I got chased by a van twice while walking my puppy. Very sad and disrespectful lady"

"I truly appreciate the property manager, they care about every tenant working hard making us all feel safe. They keep up with the maintenance, and keeps they place clean. I truly miss being there and if I ever move back to Portland, Oregon you best believe I’m coming back to Burnside Gardens!"
