"We lived at Riva for a little over 3 years and the reason we moved was because we moved into a house. Karmen was an amazing landlord - extremely attentive and kind. The apartments were very well kept and maintenance was always quick when needed."

Karmen is such an amazing landlord which made our move even harder. The apartments were very nice and affordable compared to other places in the area. If we had any issues come up (which was rare) Karmen was always quick to help us. We have two pets so it was super important for us to find a place that would welcome them♥️ We will always remember and miss our home at Riva Courtyard!"
"I have had a very pleasant experience here at Riva Courtyard! Our landlord, Karmen, has been very easy to work with, accommodating, and does all she can to keep this complex clean and safe! These units have newer appliances which is amazing! Also pet friendly :) Getting to the Max is only a 3 minute walk also. I would love to stay but need to relocate to be closer to work. I would definitely recommend these apartments!"
