"Lord help the poor people that ever have to voluntarily move into this place. I worked security there in 2007, and there is no amount of money you could PAY ME to live there. I highly doubt it's changed at all since I worked there! Do you like Sex Offenders, drug dealers, drug addicts, and other degenerates? What about mice and cockroaches? Well, they all live there. Stay away! Do not pass go! Find somewhere else to live, and you will thank me for it."
"I wouldn't live here voluntarily. Management is the worst. Not enough washers and dryers, I have lived here for 3 years, I have had stuff stolen out of the laundry room, been threatened in the laundry room, some one used one of the washers as a toilet. Since December of 2016 there has been a shooting and an assault on site. Guardian does not care about their tenants, not the low income ones anyway. If you don't have to move here don't, I am moving within the next year or so."
