"No amenities, overpriced, lack of management, loud in the morning and at night from all the traffic and large trucks, pet rent is also a scam."

"The worst apartment when it comes to fines. Consuelo uses a common phrase "I am fair" which is exactly what is missing here. How much ever clean you keep, they do not like you vacate this apartment that do not have any amenities."

"If you are black and have children of a certain age, DO NOT live here. Neighbors beneath you will complain all the time about a child, but they make all types of noise after 10 pm to the point where my pictures fell off the wall and nothing is said or done. Other children make noise and nothing is said. I have Never seen such blatant discrimination in my life except living here and in Oregon."

"Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE! If it could be a ranking of 0 that is what I would give. There isn't a designated community area so kids are constantly running around riding bikes and/or playing in the parking area; which is not safe, these kids are usually unsupervised NO PARENTS IN SIGHT! Quiet hours are not kept...whether it is loud neighbors or noisy school age kids running around outside after dark...the most unorderly and rowdy community I have ever come across. Also people from the neighboring areas are constantly speeding through the parking lot, another unsafe element."

"Lots of noisy pets, can hear neighbors in halls and through floors. The apartments are nicely done but not worth the headache. Cars speed through- very unsafe, construction vehicles loudly passing frequently. Charged rediculous amounts after we moved out to clean an already clean apartment. No warmth from staff, always business as usual. Choose elsewhere."
