From the management team, maintenance team, and even the tenants; everyone has been extremely kind and accommodating to our Window Cleaning technicians. We routinely clean the windows at Lower Burnside Lofts, so rest assured knowing this building is incredibly well maintained—and your views will always look great!"

"This is such an amazing apartment building, great view of the city and new appliances. But the worst property management I have ever dealt with, to clarify the folks who work at the building like the manager and maintenance people are very amazing and sweet but the Berkshire property management is filled with unreasonable and non-empathetic people. My bike got stolen from inside of the apartment behind two fab door and all I got from them was, things happen and it sucks... My car got broken into three times outside of the building while waiting for a parking spot to be available (in 6 weeks) all I was told we can't do more this is Portland. again no empathy They changed systems on us with very short notice and the tenants are the one who need to keep up and deal with all the consequences. All and all the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, no flexibility and the moment you complain they throw legal actions and threats your way. Again the property staff are wonderful but the parent company is the absolute worst."

"I lived at Lower Burnside Lofts for a year and a half and had awesome experiences with both John and Lexi. Lexi helped coordinate my move out of Lower Burnside to their sister apartment earlier this year and she was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, making it very stress free! I love the friendly staff at Lower Burnside! Can’t recommend enough!"

"My husband and I have been living at Lower Burnside now for almost 2 years and I can't believe how lucky we got on our first place in Portland. Our apartment is brand new, very well made, gorgeous wood floors, floor to ceiling windows, beautiful quartz countertops with solid wood open shelving system in the kitchen. We absolutely love the way we've made Lower Burnside our home and it's really all thanks to the awesome Management Team who make sure the property is always in it's best condition. (Thank you, Jessica, John, and Caleb!!) They are always here for us and go above and beyond. The building is not as big as other buildings in Portland so there is a close-knit sense of community - we have made life-long friends with some of our neighbors here. John holds Friday night happy hours on the Skylounge, which are always fun and having the Skylounge with a grill, place to chill, and the East side's best view is such a huge bonus! The location is as central as possible and so close to some of the best restaurants in Portland. Our favorite places to frequent in our neighborhood are: Market of Choice and Sheridan Market (grocery stores), Modern Times (brewery), Enso (wine bar), J&M (breakfast), Thai Champa (fast food cart), Coava (coffee shop), Nicolas Restaurant, Century Bar (to watch games), and the list goes on and on. I really can't say enough great things about Lower Burnside. Oh, one last thing -- super dog-friendly building and close to a dog park. We love it here :) Thanks again to the amazing Berkshire crew!"
