"I don't write reviews often, but I feel compelled to this time! I've been in my unit for about 15 months now. The beginning was pretty rocky, we didn't have a working fridge for 3 weeks after move-in and there was a period of 3ish months that our patio was unusable due to structural concern (without a whole lot of communication during). But I am pleased to report that new management has really turned this community around. I submitted a maintenance request a few days ago, and they were at my door in 20 minutes to fix it. I NEVER got emails about community concerns under old management, but Jessica is really great at communicating the happenings of the area. Throw in the beautiful greenspace that my balcony looks over, and I'm pretty content."
