"*updated edit at the bottom * I’ll be as open and honest as I can with this review, and will update if it changes. We recently moved in, and so far it’s been wonderful. From the moment we entered for our scheduled tour, Suzette has been nothing short of a joy to work with. She was sweet and nice during the tour, showed us 3 options, gave us time to wonder through the units without hovering, pressuring, or seeming to be annoyed. She honestly seemed pleased to be there with us. When the tour was over, she did inform us that she had 2 other tours for the unit we were most interested in, and they operate at first apply, first approve, first gets. But again, was in no way pushy or pressuring, just doing a wonderful job and providing all necessary information. Suzette quickly emailed us the application when we requested, and processed our application quickly. South Parc was easy and flexible with our move in date, giving us more time to pack and give notice to our previous place. They also did a great job at responding quickly and professionally to all of our questions. Seriously can’t say enough about how lovely Suzette has been, and continues to be. To address some of the other reviews I read below. Noise. Yes, this can be a noisy complex during the day. There are a LOT of kids here. But they really quiet down at a reasonable time. I have seen many families out riding bikes, playing games, and walking daily. Honestly, it’s a plus for me and mine. We enjoy hearing and seeing happiness in the community. I’ve not noticed any issues with sound from other units. We are on the upper floor tho. I noticed some reviews mentioning poor building conditions, and outdated or gross. Currently, they are working on re-siding all of the building and have completed im going to guess half. Inside the unit is good in our opinion. Doors are a bit plain and outdated, and master shower door really needs replaced as well as it’s old and outdated, but very clean and functional. Carpets in our unit are clearly used, but not in any bad conditions by any means. No stains, no smells, just worn a bit. Nice stringless blinds, nice appliances, gas stove and water heater. This is the 6th apartment I’ve lived in, in Washington county, and it’s been the best experience by far. And as a bonus, for parents of little ones, this complex is located in the boundary for the #2 ranked elementary school in the state of Oregon. It’s now been about 9 months of living here, and I stand by everything I’ve said previously, and I stand by 5/5 starts. Brittany, the complex manager, is one of the most wonderful people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She does everything she can to make sure people’s needs are met, and any issues are resolved. Can’t believe how wonderful things have been! We will be signing up for another year here for sure. Suzette and Brittany, thank you for restoring my faith in complex management! Y’all are seriously the best there is!"

"My roommate and I were urgently looking for a place to move into and when we saw the floor plan for the Large 2x2 with a garage, we instantly contacted South Parc. We are very thankful for Suzette for helping us with the process. She was always quick with responses and provided us such great service. South parc is also located in a convenient area so close to Bethany village and the neighborhood is safe and family friendly!!"

"This is a great community that offers lots of amenities. The staff both in the office and in maintenance are always helpful and they take care of requests in a professional and timely manner. The location is amazing with stores, restaurants and basically anything you might need in downtown Bethany is within walking distance. The grounds are well-maintained and my patio offers room for my plants. The apartments are well designed, very clean with lots of light. I highly recommend this complex and community."
