"My husband and I are very disturb of what just happened. We scheduled a tour for a viewing on Monday at 9am, when we arrived we noticed the main entrance door of the leasing office was locked therefor we rang the intercom even thought we see someone walking by through the office glass door of the entrance. This individual did not invite us in; did not greeted us, simply and with a very bad attitude said “the system shouldn’t allow you to book a tour this time” we were speechless when we heard this and we later found out; her name is Jazmin and she happens to be the property manager. Now it makes us wonder if this is the way you get treated not even before signing up for a lease imagine how would it be once you are in. This is definitely not the right way to treat prospect tenants who all they want is to visit your property , get a tour of the place and live in what I honestly thought a good community. Overall I’m re thinking my choices of not renting from this company. The person was rude from the beginning to us for no reason."
"Honestly one of the worst apartments you could choose to live in for the price point. I’ll start with the positive, the units themselves are good enough (being pretty much copy and paste units from every newer build apartments in the last 5-10 years), maintenance team is pretty prompt and amenities are pretty decent if you utilize them (rooftop, game room, office and gym are all fine, but are fairly dirty and the property management company does love sending the worlds most passive aggressive emails to everyone about them). On to the negatives, frankly just a super unsafe and poorly ran complex - there have been no less than 6 major break-ins with large amounts of theft to the residents expense (both of my bikes, many packages in the “secure” mailroom, the weight room getting broken into, Etc.), the building itself is pretty poorly maintained and the management company changed at least 5 times since I moved in there with that being positives at times and most recently a pretty big negative. The current site manager just kind of sucks? There’s a resident Facebook page if you’re considering living here I recommend hopping on that. you’ll get plenty of free entertainment and lots of unfiltered thoughts about the building and the manager from other people :) they will also try to gouge you for every penny during the move out process, which isn’t a unique experience but a negative nonetheless. At the price point, you can find so so so so much better and in a more desirable location in Portland. All in all, I am happy to be free of this place and I just hope this saves at least one person the experience of living here :)"
"ITS A TRAP!!!! They do a decent enough job of making it look like a safe and clean place to live on the site and before you’re here. And then the suffering begins. Don’t keep your bike in the locked bike room because it has multiple break ins a thefts a year. Trash chutes often break contributing to trash and general waste build ups in the floors trash rooms. Back to break ins, you got to stay on your packages because they get stolen all the time too, there a been a few times people have found nodded off homeless people asleep in the elevator, mail room and trash rooms. And if you actually need help with something hopefully it’s something you could have googled otherwise maintenance will take 5 days to come and say they need someone else to look at it. They left a whole in my ceiling for weeks after finding the leak from the poor building design. And JASMINE IS THE WORST OF ALL, what a sick joke that that passive aggressive two faced individual is in charge. She will gaslight you using all the blame speech and passive aggressive comments into thinking no you’re in the wrong for wanting basic things expected as a tenant. Lastly, be careful when you do escape I have never seen a place nickel and dime with such a convoluted move out statement in my life"
"Worst place I have ever lived at!! I had troubles Being able to pay my rent online. Staff was rude, would NOT accept a check or cash and ended up evicting me stating I never tried to seek help! When my Lexus SC 430 (a very expensive vehicle $73k) was backed into and did over $9800 in damages when I asked to see the footage was told “we already looked at the footage and didn’t see anything happen to your Lexus” when I didn’t even say more than, “do you have anything recording”. On multiple attempts I asked for assistance when I was seeing staff add other people in my house waking out as I was at work. This place ruined my employment in law enforcement and corrections and have caused me to become homeless when I am 100% disabled. Be careful, I would suggest that if you’re over 50 years old, don’t move there. If you’re under, it’s perfect"
"I did not have a good experience at this apartment. I am looking forward to moving out. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything. If you aren't on the 5th floor (top floor) you will be able to hear every step the person above you takes. It's such a loud area from all the sirens going up and down Interstate, people playing music outside all hours of the night - it's miserable! The leasing office manager, Jasmine, is extremely passive aggressive and comes off as rude when faced with an issue. The building is advertised as "secure" but there's always people lingering the hallways that do not live there or people waiting outside the door to get into the building. There is always dog poop in the stairwells and garage area. The best thing about this apartment was maintenance, they were always responsive and fixed things very fast. I would avoid if able."
