"Lived here 2 years and loved it. Great staff and maintenance people. Summers here are like living in a resort. Bar patio and restaurant are great."
"The staff here are attentive and efficient, the place is really quiet and the amenities are nice. My appliances needed a few tweaks and I needed a new dishwasher, that was all taken care of within 2 days of my asking. Overall very pleasant experience so far."
"They definitely discriminated against me. They claimed to have wanted me to make 2x the rent (which I do) but told me I didn't make enough. However I applied for the same price apartments in Vancouver who wanted me to make 2.5x the rent and approved me with flying colors. The manager, Sabrina, also sounded irritated when I was trying to figure out what they needed in order for me to rent there and made it extremely difficult by not giving me complete and honest answers. 0/10 do not recommend living here with this management."
"We really love this place! The layouts are spacious (way more spacious than most apartment communities in Portland for the price) and we find the finishes to be amazing! The balconies are generous, the view is killer. The dog loves the beach! The maintenance team is kind and helpful, we love the leasing staff and we also appreciate the protected parking that is available. There are monthly events and 3Sheets is so convenient when you want to pop down for a nightcap before getting into the HEATED SPA AND POOL! Yacht Harbor Club is a great spot."
"So it's a toss up honestly. There's pros and cons on which for both are no fault of their own and some that are, and some that are really a double edge sword, thusly: Eye of the beholder: Location- its on a beautiful waterfront island with plenty of green space, but YOU'RE ON A FREAKING ISLAND! Most of the streets are private, and the amenities by way of shopping, service, things to do, ect are extremely limited! You need groceries? Have food delivered? Well there's no bus for 2 miles, so get in your car and drive to Portland or Vancouver on the hellscape that is the 1-5 bridge which will take you no less than an hour commute time. Need an Uber or Lyft? Prepare to pay extra high prices cuz ain't no one on the island already available. Commute time to and from work, school, anything is ALWAYS an hour if your headed within 3 miles, up to 2 hours both ways if more. Sure it's one of the only spots in town where you are actually in nature, and there's wild life, and greenery, and serenity to spare, but it's kinda up to you if it's worth it. Pros: Private beach!!! Very pet friendly, and not obnoxiously so, they have tons of space to walk, and a gated dog run, as well as a dog wash station that's heated. The views are killer, panoramic river views. Year round heated pool, and a restaurant/bar on the main floor. Reasonable price and stylish enough. Cons: it at times feels like living under the gestopo. The watch your every move via video monitoring, staff live on site and are watching and listening. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear, smell, everything your neighbors do. I guess it's also become a narc everyone out to preserve your self making a metaphor seem more like a reality (Gestopo much?) you will get penalized and you better know who your real friends are."
