"Took my deposit when moved out. Then charged me crazy amount of money for a wooden stool I put in the dumpster. They said I filled the whole dumpster. N I had to pay for their dumpster service. And when I moved in the toilet was broken, from the 70s. Didn't replace till months after I moved in. The fix was half asked. No seal around bottom so it was leaking into floor. Mold all behind toilet they left for me to clean. All the cupboards in bathroom saturated with mold. I left the apt in same condition except for a couple missing blinds on the glass door. Rude management, one of the managers was always drunk and didn't put my agreement to pay rent on the 6th instead of 5th n file so the new manager told my reference I was late every month. This experience ruined alot if opportunities for me. So I have to pay a grand on a bogus bill."

"Have been here for 5+ years. Rick & Wendy are good at managing the apartments, and care about the tenants personally. The rules and restrictions are there for everyone's own good, so that is not a minus but a plus. Right off max and bus lines, most necessities within walking distance. Would reccomend as a nice place to settle down and live in."
