Rockwood Park Apartments

"I move into this place March 1st 2018. When I first moved in on my second day in my dryer crapped out on me in the maintenance guy got me a brand new literally brand new never been used dryer and has fixed anything I have had any problems with every time. I work quite a bit and pretty much only home to sleep. Neighbors are very friendly. Lots of families here. Parking for guests is limited but surprisingly I know that the Rockwood area gets a bad rep, this apartment complex is actually pretty chill and especially quiet at night aside from the max going by but that doesn't bother me personally. Signed a year lease definitely going to ride it out and then go from there. The rent is good, full size washer and dryer is a plus I had brand new carpet and almost all brand new appliances :-) I've been mostly pretty satisfied that's why I'm giving it 4 stars."

"Manager is a scam artist. And a theif. she's been caught going into our unit when we were out on vacation. also always looses everyones rent $,/checks and trit's to evict for no payment, just to come by few days later to say she found it. but can't do anything about removing the late-pay, off your rental record, even tho it's her mistake. Also it will prolly take over a hundred calls just to reach management. our heaters haven't worked since we moved in an for the full year an a half , the heaters an other issues were not fixed even tho they said it would take a week to do. reminded them weekly but the manager would just show us the middle finger. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND CRACKED OUT MANAGEMENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....... THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION. AND ABOUT TO LOSE THEIR LICENSE. managers name is -Dawn."

"Great land lord she's been awesome. Its clean and quite here, all the neighbors seem quite nice. Its a place I don't mined calling my home for awhile."
