"They don't accurately assess damage or even stolen items from previous people (rooms missing mirrors etc) , and may blame and charge you for it . No idea what I was even charged extra for exactly bc there was so much wrong with the room . But their only available room didn't have covers on one of the beds . As I only needed one bed , I told them whatever I didn't care . TWO employees showed me the room to see if it was ok , so they had two witnesses to what was already missing . And they charged me the price of a 1-bedroom room (which is what I reserved online) -- so you'd think that would make it memorable since they apparently have no other capacity for memory , but nope they charged me extra after I left . And I guess they don't even check their cameras because I left on foot and it could be seen even that way that I was not carrying away stolen things . Seems they were desperate to just pin it on someone and try to make up the funds . I caused no damage . My bank took my side and refunded me thankfully but if you are going to stay at this place , pay in cash ."

"You know what not bad,I've stayed in some terrible and some great ones this place is ok.not bad,need vending machines and coffee but 65$ for God sakes bomb their nice at the office didn't bother me room was cool.heater works great"

"Rude and have been charged with a deposit and I've asked other tenants if they are getting charged a deposit suddenly and they weren't. The guy made up things to make us not be able to rent. When we had the rest of money and deposit he said he won't rent to us! Won't give reason but he is a plain ol piece of dirt in my eyes....don't go here it's bad"

"Rooms filthy and water leaking down every wall. Windows screwed shut. Filters on a/c clean!! Water warm. Absolutely filthy - poop skids on toilet seat at checkin, old toenails in every dusty corner, boogers and nastiness on every surface. Bed ancient. Linens crusty. Ice machine n cable."

"On suggestion of (a rather opportunistic, and what I felt preyed on My ignorance Cab Driver) Brought Me this hotel. First off, the staff was friendly. BUT, the rooms were VERY outdated, on the run-down side; and the people that "I saw" residing in the rooms looked a bit "seedy" and transient.. By doing a more research, I found better accommodations that were cheaper, and in nicer areas.. * If you come in on either Greyhound, Amtrak, or thru the airport. Portland's "Max Train System" stops just one block away from this, and MANY other hotels; and the commute around Portland is quite easy to navigate. Unless you're going to remote, or out of the way areas. Bypass the Cab services!!"
