"The credit card transaction requirement was weird in that they won't do anything over the phone. Also, they lock the lobby doors so you have to use your key to get into the foyer, which was weird. But, the accommodations were clean and comfortable."

"Clean bedding, clean shower. No dust. Everything works for the price. I'm good. Also Elmer's Restaurant makes a great combo."

"Room was okay and couldn't have anyone come to my room even as a guest as they weren't allowing people to visit me at my room. Had to meet them outside or someplace else. Room was clean and other than that their service was decent. I don't know maybe I caught them on a bad day.. But for the price I've had better for far cheaper. The hottub was just a jacuzzi in the living space and not that big."

"Our check-in was not a good experience. Dana was unfriendly and told us the incorrect hold amount on the card we used. She stated it would only be $50, but ended up being about $100. Luckily the card used was a debit card with plenty of funds as not only were funds held for accidentals, but she completely changed the card on file and charged the whole stay to that debit card. We already prepaid for the room. This prompted my fiancé to have to switch everything back the next morning and the hold didn’t drop from my debit card until the following Tues. The room did not have a phone, so when there was a crowd playing loud music and singing right outside the window, I had to search for the hotel number on the Marriott app. Not sure what the associate was doing at the front desk, but they acted surprised when I reported the noise as if they couldn’t hear it. The room’s tv was also broke and missing several channels. We would get an error mess on the screen. An associate came to try to “fix” it and stated it was strange and didn’t know why we weren’t getting channels, said she’d return, but never did. The refrigerator in the room was super noisy and kept me up during the whole stay. Never expected such a bad visit to a Marriott hotel. It looked so run down on the outside as well."

"Elmer's restaurant at this location serves quality food at a fair price and employs excellent staff. We meet with a group of friends at this Elmer's every few weeks, as it is centrally located for all of us. The women's bathroom, however, is a disgusting stinky mess. A few weeks ago I showed the manager, Jolene, the dried out air freshener that's been sitting on the window ledge for about 3 months, the mildew around the edges of the entire bathroom where the walls meet the floor, the dirt that's crusted on the floor tiles, the toilet seat that has burn marks on it (or is it dried excrement?), and the stinky floor drain that'll make you nearly puke. She assured me she'd get this attended to right away. Well, we met a friend there today, and nothing has changed in that bathroom. By the way, she's not the first manager I've spoken with about this, and she probably won't be the last. (This has been happening for years. Several years ago, the overhead vent had a huge accumulation of lint covering it. I'd asked time and time again to have someone clean it...never happened, and one day, when I was sitting on the toilet, it came loose and fell on my lap. Ughhhh!). I talked with a supervisor today, letting her know I was going to post this information. We'll see if any improvement is made to those nasty conditions. I just wish another Elmer's was conveniently located for us. Too bad I didn't take pictures. PLEASE CLEAN THE LADIES BATHROOM !!!"
