"Steve the owner, promised my simple trailer repair in 24-48 hrs. He lied. Not only did he keep it for another 32 days without doing any repairs, he also disappeared and impounded my trailer in his lot so I couldn't get to it. I called and left two voice messages, and wrote two letters pleading to give me my trailer back. He never called me. STEVE DOES NOT RETURN CUSTOMER PHONE CALLS. AND HE'LL IMPOUND YOUR TRAILER FOR WEEKS, DENYING YOU ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY. Steve made sure I understood that I was his lowest priority. His laxity and fear of honesty cost me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary business expenses. So dumb. You have been warned."
