"My mother had gone in to return an Amazon package for me as I work out of town. The girl who was working there was so rude to her because she wasn’t completely sure how the QR code worked and was asking questions and she didn’t tape the box prior. She made my mother cry because the employee made my mom feel so dumb and embarrassed. Absolutely terrible customer service."
