Gallagher's Pizza - West

"I have been ordering from this place for over 5 years because I thought they were the best pizza restaurant in town but my how things have changed today. I had pizza delivered to my job, nothing new. I gave the lady who took my order specific instructions for driver, NOTHING NEW! She told me the wait would be 45 min to an hour! Cool no problem! An hour and a half goes by and I’m looking for my pizza so I call. They go get the manager. Manager tells me “ I don’t know what to tell you but the pizza is there”! I never received a phone call from anyone, which has always occurred! Manager tells me that they don’t call customers or they would be making millions of calls per year (since when??). Manager continues to talk over me because I’m obviously frustrated and instead of him apologizing for me not recieveing my pizza THAT I Paid for, he continues to talk over me and give me every reason why he’s not going to allow me to talk or how I’m lying and all this other stuff to cover up their mistake! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and manager doesn’t need to work there! And wouldn’t give me his name"

"Hello!!! I just wanted to take the time to inform you and your management team about our experience at the west side location. We arrived with a party of 15 on Saturday 1/20/24, we were seated immediately and made to feel very comfortable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your business but more importantly your staff!!! Our party was not easy to handle. Kids and adults and everyone ordered different items from the menu. That being said your staff rose to the challenge and handled it very well and with amazing professionalism!!! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the food! As we were celebrating my mother’s first birthday without our father …Thank you all so much!!! Everything was great the food was great!! More importantly your staff was amazing!!! "We came in with a table of 6. When we got there the young boy was going to put two tables together and one of the workers told him no that he needed to sit us in the back area cause if we sit up front it's taking away from the single tables up front, which fine and dandy. We get brought to the back area and had to sit and wait for them to take the chairs off the table to be seated. We sit there for almost 15 minutes before a waitress even comes to take our order for drinks. After we ordered our food it took well over a hour to get it. All we ordered was the 12 inch monster pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread came out quick but sadly it was cold. When the pizza finally came out too it was also cold and the other two people that was with us their food was also cold. Our guess is the order was up and they forgot to bring it out right away so it sat and got cold. We also had no silverware at all and had to ask for it. Not once did the waitress come check on us and ask if we need anything or a refill on our drinks. My husband had to get up and go ask for a refill. The sad part was it wasn't busy at all and slow. It should have never took as long as it did for our order."

"Heard about this restaurant from 2 workers that happened to eat at another restaurant as my husband and I. Unsure about the atmosphere since my husband and I called in our order for delivery, but it arrived pretty quickly. My husband ordered the Gallagher's Monster and it had a ton of olives! I ordered the Mediterranean on thin crust, but there was only 1 spinach leaf and no feta. Would've gave food a 5 if it had the ingredients listed. Still delicious, just missing key ingredients."
