"Ordered take out and when I showed up, the pizza was just sitting out getting cold. The pizza should be hot or at least warm as it leaves the store. After the that, it’s not the restaurant’s responsibility. I have a pizza bag to keep the pizza warm on the way home so it was as warm as when it left the restaurant. Not keeping takeout orders in a heating cabinet is garbage tier service. Having to heat your pizza in the oven when you get home is trash. Papa John’s is trash."
"When I called, a guy at a call center answered….he was awful! Wanted to charge me for packets of crushed red pepper and parm Cheese packets. Once we went to the store…they were amazing!!!!!! They should get rid of the call center and have a person devoted to the phone lines"
