"I ordered a veggie lasagna, they gave me one with meat and I didn't notice it until I had already taken a bite. When I complained, I was told that they stopped selling the item and that I was mistaken and that they would never sell me that. It took me calling the following day to finally get to a decent manager who refunded my order. I've never gone to this, once favorite restaurant again."
"Mary and her team did an amazing job. We brought in 2 basketball teams and they got their food quickly and with no confusion ( hasn't always been the case in the past) ! They were ready with breadstick refills and had a great attitude!! Mary was great!"
"Ordered Ultimate Alfredo and regular Alfredo, both meals. Both Salads were completely rotten. They look like they expired a week ago.. complete mush on the bottom, and tomatoes were way past ripe. Food is subpar for the price. Two Meals with Rotten Salads cost 30$ At least the breadsticks are good."
"We were greeted by a very friendly cashier that took our order. We received our order pretty fast and were even offered shredded cheese. Every worker was friendly and courteous and they even went out of their way to box up 2 orders to go after I forgot to tell them it was to go. I was really impressed and satisfied!!!"
