"If I rate 0 stars I would. Placed a $50 order on 10/06 all my food was burnt. Delivery rude threw food on ground. Won't order from this location again. I only received a cheap 50% off coupon of a regular price pizza. Not even close to the $50 I've spent to feed my family. Fn joke."
"Pizza was not good. Very little sauce or cheese. Dry. Extremely skimpy on the toppings. Not every piece had all the toppings on them. Pizza tasted like it was day old sitting around. This is not the first time this has happened with pizza from here. We also noticed the sandwiches were skimpy as well on toppings."
"I dunno what's going on with domino's right now. They just straight up don't make your order. For the second time in a month I've placed an order for pickup expecting it to be ready in 10-20 minutes like it always has been and is anywhere else. An hour and a half later and they haven't even put it in the oven yet. And the estimated pickup time just keeps increasing. This would be a bad experience for a delivery order, for a pickup order it is effing ridiculous. Whoever owns the franchises in green bay is absolutely incompetent because this has happened at multiple locations. You'd think they would learn with the ammount of people on here saying they've had to cancel their order. And they cant even use the excuse of being short staffed because there were at least 6 people working behind the counter when I went in and none of them looked particularly busy. Even if they actually were that busy any other place would've called to let you know about the delay."
"There’s a lot of people in these reviews who have never worked in the food service industry. This dominos is fine. Yeah, maybe don’t expect your food to come immediately. But they’re clearly understaffed and doing what they can. The pizza is good, staff is friendly. I’m able to come here to get hot food after working a full shift. And all I had to do was wait in the lobby for a bit."
"Been ordering from this location for years but that last few times it's been very poor quality.(going elsewhere from now on) Pizzas here come smashed into the boxes.. left three stars instead of one cuz they refunded my money"
