Jet's Pizza

"I placed an order by phone. They said 40 minutes. When I arrived to pick up, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. When I asked when my order will be ready, the Manager (I believe) was rude and replied with an attitude that it wasn't ready yet! Then he continued to help another customer. After his unprofessional self walked away , I asked another employee about my order. He turned around and grabbed it out of the warmer. Which means it was sitting there for awhile now. I asked how long has it been in there and he said only 5 minutes. He was lying. When my dad and I ate the food it was not hot at all. Terrible customer service. Food wasnt hot, and I didnt even get an apology for the 30 minute wait!"

"Update: Never refunded!!!! Thank God for Dominos! We have never had luck getting good service AND good pizza in one visit. It's usually one or the other, never both at once. So we stopped ordering from Jet's on Shawano Ave in GB months ago. Was not worth the unpredictability. Well they recently sent out free large pizza coupon so we decided to give it one more try. I mean, FREE pizza, right? The person taking the order asked for a Google review, so here it is! As expected, it was busy in there but I was the only one at the counter I still had to wait over six minutes to get an order in (everyone else had ordered). Really that was not a big bother though, I mean it is a Saturday night in a busy place. Was told the wait time on food was about 25 minutes. Checked on order about 30 minutes and it was apparently complete. Well that is good! But not really. Get back home and there was no pizza. Just two bread stick orders. I had ordered the deep dish bread on top of the large one topping Detroit pizza and but was not even sure which bread stick order was right. I think one was regular, one was the one I ordered. So had to drive back and return the wrong order and ask for a refund. They said they would just void the order... will see if that happens. In fairness they did offer to give the order for free, but I was not interested because before heading back we put an order in for Dominos. If we have to wait for a pizza again we want it done right. Dominos order was made much faster, correctly and with a staff that acknowledged me right away and took the order promptly. So I guess that settles it, officially done with Jet's - um, again..."

"Remember a time as a kid when your best friend is coming over to play the N64 all night and your mom orders everyone that cheesy, buttery crusted, greasy good pizza? That's what Jet's pizza reminded me of with their pure nostalgic taste."

"Got a coupon today and thought I would give it a try. Was very surprised. Very good pizza and great service. Met the owner who was working hard making pizzas. He was a super nice guy and will be back and I will be spreading the word Great job jets!!!!"

"From an east coast pizza girl this is the absolute BEST pizza Green Bay has to offer. They are one of the few that serve a square red pie. Nice crispy thick buttery crust. I dont even like sweet sauces but this pie was deserving of a 5 star rating. Very Impressed."
