"I cannot tell you how the Pollo Diablo pizza has changed my life. I think about this pizza several times a week. It is amazing. Perfect. Spicy for just the right amount of time at just the right level. Get it on the thin crust. Eat the jalapenos even if you didn't think you like jalapenos. Trust me. This is a life changing pizza experience."
"For Being from out of town, ordering via online site became such a pain, we had to call it in to even order. Would not let you finish your order unless you joined the club, which saying no defaulted back to creating an account or you had to create a account. Sorry I don't need that junk mail. The food smelled good and tasted better than your fast food chain pizza. The temperature was just right."
"The food itself and the ambiance is great here. The customer service is equivalent to walking into the old exclusive company and asking for a steak medium rare. Customer service was non existent. No silverware with food plate, had to go to the bar for refills, mind you there was literally two other tables and maybe two or three at the bar. The male server was less than helpful. The female bartender was complaining about every single customer that came in or out and complaining about how hard her job was and belittling anybody and everyone. Absolutely atrocious staff. The owners of this establishment could use a good cleaning house of their front of house staff. Will not return or even order delivery due to demoralizing customer service. Do better."
"My wife and I were looking to celebrate our anniversary. After looking at a bunch of menus we decided to dine at the Glass Nickel. We were greated by a very sweet waitress, who gave us excellent service throughout our experience here. We had an appetizer (raviolis) and ordered our meal. I love a good calzone so that's my choice. My wife ordered a vegetarian lasagna and a salad. Beer selection was great so we got beers, too All of our food was stellar, Best calzone in a long time. My wife said her food was really, really good. Bottom line excellent food, excellent service. A good choice for our anniversary. Although it's a 40 mile drive to get here, we will definitely return to try their pizza."
