"There were 2 tables and we were the 3rd table at 7:15pm. Disappointing service. We were left to sit for quite some time before someone checked on us to see if we wanted anything to drink. We had to ask for water refills, but asked for a pitcher of water instead as the waitress wasn’t too interested in waiting on us. Dinner was slow to come out of the kitchen. 2 of us ordered chicken Caesar salad and they were skimpy on the Parmesan cheese so we had to ask for more. We understand why there wasn’t anyone at the restaurant because service was crud."

"Absolute horrible customer service. Ordered twice now and both times messed up my order completely. After taking over a hour to get my food, forced to eat what I didn't order. Totally disappointed, seem to be too busy to get their online orders correct. Messed up both pizza and drink order for the second time."

"The service was very friendly and attentive, but we were the only customers in the place, so that probably helped! And I appreciated that the background music was a pleasant instrumental kept at a low volume. The food was generally disappointing, with a few exceptions. The garlic rolls were delicious, with roasted garlic on top. The pizza was alright. The butternut squash ravioli was not good - the ravioli themselves had very little filling, and the “sauce” was a sticky, gooey, overly sugary gloop that would be better suited as a topping for a sweet breakfast muffin. And the minestrone was pretty bland."

"Ordered for pick up. The girl who answered seemed very confused and needs a lesson in communication. Then to get home to a pizza we didn’t order. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Josephine’s. Now it will be longer for next time. Train ur people"

"We really liked the specialty pizzas! The maragharita pizza and the all meat pizza were delicious! We also tried the appetizer sampler and we really enjoyed the Italian style Rangoons! We'd never had anything like them before. Highly recommend you give them a try with your pizza!"
