"I personally love working for this company the equipment is brand new. boss will work with you. He will give you the shirt off his back he gave me a chance I took it it's been a wonderful 6- 7 months Working for him All you have to do is show up to work on time and get to your delivery on time .like You're supposed to. he well reward his drivers for just showing up to work in delivering on time like ur supposed to. Man got a really big heart thank you for helping me out Rick and his crew also if you don't routes planning you can make all the deliveries on time and avoid the tolls he well kick you a bonus for safeing some money :)"

"This company has highly unsafe drivers. We we're on the freeway in Ohio I 80 east and they had a rig #147 tailgating us and almost rear ending us multiple times in heavy traffic. He keeps swerving on the road. Going in and out of lanes like he's intoxicated or heavily distracted. He will slow up and be about a half mile behind us then slam on the gas and barrel towards us. He's going at least 20 mph over the speed limit and nearly side shipping people as he cuts them off. Y'all need to train better. Because this guy is gonna kill someone or himself with the way he drives. Get these bad drivers off the road."

"Drivers are the worst. Tailgating, in the left lane, when I had another semi in front of me. He could have easily passed. After I moved out of his way, he wouldn’t allow me to merge onto the highway. Then waved and smiled after I hit my breaks and went behind him. The license plate was WI 726934. Happened on Hwy 41 near Kenosha"

"I was not with Rick as long as the previous reviewer but I can assure you this, you work and prove yourself, you DO in fact get paid for what you do. If you want to be home a lot, not gonna happen unless you specifically hire on as Midwest or a Chicago runner. His trucks are exceptional and will fix problems as they occur. Trailers are pretty decent considering where they are bought from. He does only have one mechanic as he does a very good job with what time he has to work on things. If you cant run paper logs, find another job... I was pleased with the small company atmosphere as yes like all other companies could use some tweeks and tweerks here and there but overall you Can make money here and stay happy. I would proudly go back to work for Frehse anytime... Ricks company is only as good as his drivers are."
