"Rolling Ridge is the worst place to live, the place is filled with spider, bugs, worst management ever. They never fix anything worst landlords. I give them zero. They living room is so tiny no playgrounds for kids to play no space in the living room. The heater is falling apart. Don’t move here."
"I would give them a zero if I could!!! Do not move here unless you like to be stressed out. They have multiple repairs that needs to be done. Tony is no where to be found and is barely ever in his office. Mind you he is the property manager and the maintenance guy. They are so cheap on fixing important things from the house. It’s a dry desert upstairs and the AC doesn’t work properly."
"I had a viewing of one of there 3 bedrooms and the living room was tiny. The heat registers was falling off the walls. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold."
