"Had a nice 11-month stay there, but in the end, they waited for my move out and charged me with almost 4,000US$ in maintenance. The worst was the carpet. They said I "damaged" it. What had happened (and they knew about it) was a chronic leakage on the living living room ceiling that was soaking the carpet on a weekly basis. Not only they did not fix that leakage (started on my first month there), but the damage it caused to carpet was charged on me!"

"We recently move into Avalon Cove Townhomes and the staff was extremely nice & helpful. Katherine was our point of contact at the compound management. She gave us a tour to multiple units, was promptly responding to our emails, even worked with us to make sure that our application is approved after resolving an issue related to my rental history. The unit had few imperfections, but when I mentioned this to the management they sent someone to look at it within 1 day. It is really convenient place to commute to Mayo & downtown Rochester. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Highly Recommended. Thank you Katherine for all your help !!"
