"Kascade Place Apartments are a great choice in apartment living, for many reasons. The most important come in the price range/affordability and congeniality of our Apartment Community. Folks are kind here, and that most certainly Includes Management and Maintenance. We have 2 fitness rooms; 2 large common areas for private parties, games or just tv time; heated underground parking (“extra” charge); in-unit washer n dryer; a secured entry and package room and our apartments have an “inside” design and layout that, to me, surpasses other rentals, hands down."

"Kascade was my very first apartment and it couldn’t have been better. The building is very clean and updated, I love the modernness of the apartment itself with updated appliances and granite counter tops. It was very quiet, I never heard my neighbors within the year living there. Tristan is very communicative with all the tenants and responds quickly if there were any issues. I appreciated the security cameras and that safety was a priority of Kascade. I would recommend Kascade to anyone."

"I’ve lived here quite happily since Kascade Place opened 5 years ago. With modern sound-proof construction, it has been a quiet place to live. A recent addition of an on-site exercise room has been a welcome convenience. Management and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and always looking for additional ways to make this a user-friendly community. Response time for maintenance has always been reasonable and efficient. I love my underground parking, too, in Minnesota!"
