"Im usually not a person that’s going to come online and write a review, but my experience with the assistant manager KIM is unbelievable disrespectful and overall no one should go through that. Imagine how rude and unethical she is with customers how she is treating her employees with her “manager” title. I did have to go back to the hotel for some items that were left behind due to me having to check out one day earlier than anticipated for surgery when I had gotten there, I had asked for my items in which she said only one of them were there I wasn’t trying to make a big ordeal about the situation until Kim started disrespecting me yelling at me like I was her child. By the time I walked out of the hotel I was pretty much covered in this ladies spit. And she also lied about calling me AND SPEAKING TO ME this lady had the guts to lie to me in my face."

"They didn't have breakfast items or options. Asked for a Do not disturb sign and they didn't have any to give us. The bed was nice and comfortable. Overall not to bad of a stay."

"Holy $hit just say NO! Tried a last minute booking via hot wire. Booked and paid same night. Arrived and the second I pulled into the lot I knew I was in trouble. Place looked abandoned... About 7 cars in lot. Hotel sign was a vinyl banner hanging outside. Tried to check in and front desk couldn't complete the process. Eventually she tried to activate a key but I knew it wouldn't work. As I got in elevator she yelled "hold your nose, think there are a few dead mice in traps!" Whaaaaaat?? She was right, it Stunk! I just gave keys back and said I'll just dispute the charge and got the hell out of there..."
