"This is a great nights sleep. I had a balcony room, nice view of some of the historical buildings. Quiet area clean linens. SOFT BEDS ❤️ The staff were friendly and helpful. No riff raff either. In regard to a previous review, I always carry a blacklight to check for bugs and NO bugs. Good breakfast. Ill certainly be back."

"This review is from Oct 29-31, 2023. The room was nice, staff was nice, and really comfortable beds until I saw a bed bug crawling across my bed on the 2nd night of our stay. The staff reassured me that I wouldn't have to pay for my room but they charged my credit card about a week later anyway. I had to spend hours washing our things so that I didn't contaminate other hotel rooms and my home. We were in Rochester for Dr appts at Mayo."

"Very friendly and professional... rooms very comfy, clean & a true breakfast buffet... waffle batter should be made thicker. it's too runny... manager was very helpful and friendly along with the other workers. Off the path, but worth the stay"

"Gm (Cody) was super nice and very accommodating. He was working the front desk when we checked in (330-4 pm) and was also on site when we checked out at 830am. Rooms were clean, has a pool and multiple vending machines. Highly recommend!"

"Yikes! Yikes! Yikes! Never going back. Never got to have a full sleep during my stay, the front desk disturbed me 3/4 days multiple times d/t them no-shoing me after I paid for 4 nights... Communication is key front desk...it's not that hard to pass info to the next shift if you care about your job. Treat nurses better please."
