"Although this hotel is dated, it is more than adequate. The rooms are clean, although the older section that has the two twin beds are small and slightly cramped. The newer section has two larger rooms for more cost. If you are looking for lodging when visiting the Mayo Clinic, this is a more than adequate place to stay. It has a connection to the Mayo Subway system. We have tried both the two double sized bedroom and the two queen sized bedroom. In our opinion, even though the double rooms are smaller, the external sink allows for easier morning routines with two people."

"There is an underground walkway to the Mayo Clinic. No parking fees. The Subway level is heated and it is only a block away. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable and reasonable"

"The rooms are not ADA compliant. The toilet is a standard height. The shower does not have safety bars ; there is not a hand held shower or a shower bench. The heater/air conditioner under the window is loud without good temperature control. The mattresses are very soft and one rolls to the outside edge of the bed! We DO love that the hotel offers a nice breakfast. And we appreciate that the suites have a nice kitchenette plus a couch and chair for comfort. It is very convenient that the hotel connects to Mayo Clinic via the tunnel. The hotel is very clean. The price is affordable. We wish that the hotel would upgrade the bathrooms for those of us who need accommodations. And we wish for new mattresses too. We would even be "happy" to pay more to have these upgrades!"

"It is so convenient to go to Mayo Clinic with a subway level walking connection. Free parking was a major bonus. Our room was larger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. There are even laundry facilities in the building for longer stays."
