Toppers Pizza

"I ordered a pizza and wings, paid, and tipped online at 2:50 AM. My order was almost $50. I drove across town to the store location because delivery wasn't an option, but the store was closed when I arrived. I walked around the building knocking on doors, and the staff noticed me but refused to open the door or speak with me. I checked the back door to the store and a staff member finally came to the door and told me they chose to close. They told me they were aware I ordered and was on my way, but my pizza and wings were no longer available. My phone number was attached to my order with the opportunity to call and tell me they were closing and offer me a refund, but instead they let me drive across town to turn me away at the door. What was the point in allowing me to order, pay, and tip online, and what was the point in the automated message telling me my order was available if they were about to close? Please update your online system so as not to allow customers to order if you're closing soon."

"Ordered from this store over the years and had good service, but in the last year I've ordered several times and each time took between an hour and an hour and a half to get delivered from when I ordered. Twice during the times I had to wait over an hour for my lukewarm food they forgot half my order."

"Ordered a dairy-free pizza and dairy-free toppersticks. When it was delivered the pizza was fine but the sticks didn't look right and I found the entire center of it was covered in real cheese. I called to get that fixed and an employee told me they would send a replacement out. Waited 2 hours and still hadn't received the replacement so I called them and the employee that picked up the phone was extremely rude. He argued with me and was very short with me. I got a refund for the order but the way they handled it made me never want to order from them again."

"We ordered cheesy garlic bread and it came barely cooked. Majority of it was raw dough. I was excited at first because I thought it was extra cheesy, then disgusted because it wasn't cooked. The pizza was cooked enough and was fine, but the safety and quality issue of the bread needed to be recorded"

"Update. This place has been great lately. Super delicious.. i prefer the 2 for 22 deal. I'd give it a 5 star but we had a bad experience a while ago that went unresolved. Although it may have been an isolated incident it still had an impact on our experience from this location. The long story short the driver told us we better make the trip worth her time (better tip her good) since we were one block outside of their delivery boundary. She even made a scene and threatened me in front of young children when she discovered my tip wasn't to her liking, I think it was 20%. We hadn't ordered in a long time since but have had better experiences. Since."
