Union at the Grove

"Love my new place at Union! Darius and Goldie are great - they’re quick to fix things that need it (though not much is needed) and they’re always bringing bright smiling faces to events or just the Leasing Office. My unit is truly a luxury apartment and as a graduate student, I love that they give discounts for those who make under a set income cap! What I pay for a luxury unit, in-unit laundry, and a balcony so close to Manchester is a STEAL. It’s also in a safe, quiet area with secure entry. Super close to WashU’s med campus, UHSP, and SLU. Easy to get to WashU’s Danforth campus via Forest Park or 64W. Couldn’t recommend this place more and I’m excited to be here through my grad program ☺️"

"I've loved living at the Marshall building since late July '23. The building is new and modern, the street is quiet and safe with ample parking, you're near to plenty of buzz and life on Manchester Ave, and Goldie and Dereis are so friendly and accommodating! So is Dietrich, our maintenance man who has always been responsive to my needs, which have thankfully been few. Oh, and I love being so close to Bar K just across the train tracks (you won't hear the trains at night, don't worry). I take my pup there all the time since we live so close, it's like our second home. I have no plans to move away any time soon!"

"Darius and Goldie are great. Easy move-in. Love the neighborhood, very quite. Just blocks from the Grove. My unit is great, love the ceiling to floor windows brings in a lot of light. My studio is spacious and I could not believe it came with a washer and dryer. I'm so happy I chose Union at the Grove."
