Riverbend City Apartments 4720 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63111

"This apartment complex is extremely run down and neglected. It smells of mildew and the leasing office (at the entrance) is filled like a random storage room with stuff. Tenants are mostly nice people, but management is clearly not doing their job. City code enforcement obviously isn't either or this place would be renovated or shut down. I was very concerned to see young children living in such conditions. Riverbend apartments, where are these people's money going?!?!"

"I have lived here for almost a year and I haven't had any problems nor bugs they spray every month so if anyone has bugs it's because of them selves and they're unclean home. Not the management"

"1/2 star for being on the bus line. SMH...Only 1 maintenance man! No closet doors! Liars! 1/2 done apt at move in 2 wks ago! No control over the building and/or tenants! Cardboard thin walls! Cameras don't work!"

"Wouldnt give them any stars if it was a option. Worst place to ever move esp with new management which is horrible, disrespectful, rude, and VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.. they bother you. you always have a note in your door from the office about some bs. They have a lot of inspections. They go into your home without you being there . They even just unlocked my friends door and walked in while she was home without knocking. This place is roach infected THROUGHOUT and they try to blame the tentants. They then only spray once a month and one time I stayed home while they sprayed they literally walked in the kitchen sprayed one spray in the middle of the kitchen and said ok thank you !There's always plumbing issues.. currently all black stuff has been coming up my kitchen sink and all they have been able to say is no maintence is in the building this has been going on for two days straight now(will prob continue throughout the weekend) and they still have no answer as to when it will be fixed. It's even made my apartment smell. They use to have a program where u live here for a year and get your section 8 voucher they lost that program due to the building maintence and well being. This place is trash I wouldn't recommend the roaches even move in this trap.. and they try to charge you for everything. When the property or unit you move in wasn't even fixed or clean... I still have a ceiling full of spots in my bathroom from the previous renters putting out there cigs . They said they would fix it and never did!! Under my sink border was ripped off they still haven't fixed tht either moral of the story DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Beware"

I couldn't post unless I gave them One Very bad place to live building need to be knocked down so many roaches they are every where inside your stove bathrooms living room mail box kitchen the whole roach family moved in before you did an they chilling mold everywhere bad area! the people that live their are gross very bad management maintenance have a key to your house for three months one of their employees where living in my house while I was gone roaches got to bad i couldn't even stay in my own house mean while maintenance eating my food an then stole all of my belongings An when I called they told me it was nothing they can do about it. It smells really bad it's low income based but one place you will never want to live in your whole life slums DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
