"DO NOT RENT HERE! My goddaughter just moved in here one month ago and has had her unit broken into TWICE! This last time was a couple of days ago and she was home and in bed at the time with her 12 months old son. The suspects live upstairs from her and knew that she was home. Her upstairs neighbor and his girlfriend entered the unit through the bedroom window, which was locked at the time. The next door neighbor (a male) even offered his assistance in helping them enter her unit illegally. Once in, my goddaughter faked like she was asleep because her 12 months old son was asleep and she was fearful. She was absolutely terrified! The male suspect kept shining a flashlight on her to make sure she was asleep. He did this while instructing his girlfriend to take the television. The girlfriend stated that she thought the baby was about to wake up and the male suspect stated that if my goddaughter was to wake up, he was going to shoot her, so again he instructed the female to take the television. They got spooked by the baby's tossing and turning and left with nothing out of the same window that they entered. But the fact that this happened has left this family traumatized. I was told that there are cameras on this property but these people obviously don't care about them. The authorities have been notified and hopefully the cameras will be reviewed. We are moving my goddaughter out and into something nicer and safer. So again DO NOT RENT HERE."
