University Plaza Apartments 607 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63103

"This used to be a really nice place to live. Now there are homeless people sleeping in the trash room, drug users, drug sellers, questionable tenants and University Plaza do not seem to care as long as the check clear. The stairwells are filthy, dried feces, urine and lots of trash that stays there for months. Oh yeah did I mention there’s a bed bug problem. The carpet in the hallways are terrible, elevators are always breaking down and they can’t keep a maintenance person. Don’t bother reporting any of these things because nothing will get done. The building has an odor most of the time from the homeless people coming and going, pissing and sleeping in the stairwells. The building is disgusting and it’s not just from the homeless people. There is a manager on duty Monday through Friday - 8-5 where you can enter the office and take care of your business. She was recently attacked and all they did was put a doorbell on the door and now they keep the door locked. No security to keep any of this from happening. University Plaza and some of the tenants do not care about the University Plaza community. This could be a really nice place to live…if only anyone cared."

"Halls are filthy letting to many Rif Rafts move in children play in halls & on elevators after office close. bad sewage odor,need security residents &their guest prop doors open after business hours . istill like it here its convient for me to get around, lots of good places around."

"Beware...The reviews are false.The hallways are ice cold.They control the temperature in your apt. Which mean they cut on the air around august. The heat in Oct .the carpet in the Hallway is a mess.you will find homeless men sleeping on the stairs.Whole place is full of cock roaches.Parking sucks.And be very careful walking down grand u might get shxx spilled on the top of your head from someone on the 13- 14 floor with pranks spilling shxx out the window.No security.No amenities.No work out facility.More than 3 mgrs in less than 4 years.The list goes on and on.i normally dont write reviews but this place is hell.A blessing to get out of there.Oh and by the way dont even think about getting a deposit back they charge for thing that was broke when i moved in.Got my dog and got the hell outta there"
