"This place is a hidden gem in Benton Park. Jordan and Jessica are very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The apartments are historical and have high ceilings and a lot of updates! Central to a lot of great places to eat! Really excited to move here!"

"Been trying to hold on and not leave a bad review for the longest time but this place is just awful. No one ever gets back to you about any work orders; you have to stay on top of it and call them multiple times for them to get out and do anything. If they do finally get to your maintenance needs they will leave the door unlocked after they’re done; free for anyone to rummage through your things while you’re at work. On top of that the parking spots are labeled senate square apartments but there’s random cars who don’t live at senate square constantly parked in them and neither the towing company nor management will do anything about it. If you have any after hour needs there’s no one to contact and if you have any needs during the day you’d be lucky to get ahold of anyone. The front office refuses to answer the phone and there’s no way to leave a voicemail. If you’re working 40 hours weeks I’d suggest moving somewhere else it’s not worth the stress caused by the staff they don’t take care of the people living at these apartments. I haven’t seen the same person working in the front office for more than a few months there’s been like 4 different people since I moved in and besides the leasing agent I signed with they’ve all done an awful job."

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance inquiry/request I have received a prompt response. Currently, Erica thoroughly ensures that I continue to have an optimal living environment.
