"The worse apartment ever ...all they do is rob and have shoot outs ..was trying to move for years ....they don't care about they tenants nor the property.....my house and car was hit in a shoot out ...they won't move me ...my son got shot they won't move me .... This month man got shot in front of my house....my window was broken for a month and a half... I had to call housing authority...when I did the property management got mad found a reason to put me and my kids out....you can't even complain without getting put out ....they did some spiteful stuff to me ....now me and my kids will be homeless next Thursday..... housing authority tried to help me buy the lady just keep lying ..."

"Personally would not recommend these town homes. They are doing nice rennovations, however, they are very unprofessional. Whenever you have questions and need something explained they give the run around. If I have a question about something I always try to call them, but its nearly impossible to do so. They will allow the phone to consistently ring off of the hook. I also feel that they do unnecessary inspections such as coming into your home to check for broken blinds. These town homes are through the housing authority so it is perfect for people who want a nice place to stay. The only down side to that is you will be in the rent office signing paperwork almost every other month. I can not wait to move out."
