"New management since 2022 does not care about any of the artist spaces or amenities from photos. The gym has broken machines and parts and never been fixed. Dominium needs to do better for Arcade as it has gone downhill from the past few years. Update 01/2023: New management took over again and things still have not changed. Residents haven't had hot water and heat for over a month, some even longer. Rooftop closed without notice or warning, the gym is missing more equipment, all the artist spaces are still messy and dirty. People play loud music and cause noise all the time, it's never been resolved. Theresa, district manager, has never cared about this building or the residents. The way she talks to the security and treats some of the staff is horrible. The bigger, on-going issues never stop. The quality and care of Arcade has deteriorated and it will never change."

"As an artist and recent Webster grad, I was really thinking about living here. My family has had parties here and we assumed it was a great place. But after I heard how they handled a situation with my cousin, who recently passed, I have no intention on supporting such a careless, heartless management. There were issues revolving poor communication, months with AC, etc. RIP Domo."

"It's a smoke-free community but they don't practice control over it. There was a fire on the rooftop, on the memorial day, due to a cigarette in the flowerbox and more than 2 months later I'm still without electricity/light in the dining room/kitchen. If you want to live in a place with no support from the landlords, here is it."
