"DO NOT MOVE HERE! New owners are money hungry slumlords. New “fully renovated” units are trash. Paint job looks like it was done by a child, splatter everywhere, countertops all scratched up. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, or answer at the office door. Def not worth the money. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. They used to be really good to their residents here. Since new owners have taken over. They are extremely money hungry. You have to pay for every little thing. Then if you are late its $100.00 extra per week. Its nearly impossible to get caught up. Month isn't even over an already have attorney threats on your door. So everyone can see it. They only thing they care about is money."

"ROACH INFESTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 Star they have a pool LOL oh but it’s only opened when they want it to be. No office staff No grounds keeper No anything We didn’t have a dumpster for a month so that was cool. The office manager sent us an email when we told them we were moving and said we’d take $50 off of 1000 when the original was $775. Good luck !"

"Used to be a wonderful place to live Been here 10 years New owners took over last year now it's the pits One maintenance man for hundreds of apartments one manager who never unlocks the door or answers the phone. Don't look for help here run away they make you use your folio there folio and then charge you to use it to pay your rent, you don't have a choice it's either use that or pay $50. One fee after the other my rent went from 775 to $1,055. This place has been flooded for eight times carpets have holes in them what's left of the carpet after being so wet and the only way they will repair is if I move everything out. I am 64 and disabled can't do it no compassion for other human beings anywhere around here. I hope these people have grandparents that are going through the same thing see how they feel this place is obnoxious! I'm sure they'll be looking for ways to evict me now Will be sure to keep you updated just makes me sad"

"Southfield apartments is evicting elderly woman and disabled man on fixed income. New owner took over apartments and are raising rent 37% with 10 day notice, while they are in the middle of their lease which doesn't expire until 8/31/2023 after living there 15 years (they are doing this to a lot of people) Also the place is starting to look like trash. They do not take care of the buildings nor parking lot or dumpsters. Whatever you do do not move here they have no sense of compassion. Somebody needs to address this issue. I’m sick of the silence the behavior from the management and new owners is inhumane to say the least."
