"They are renovating the apartments and overcharging for roaches & unfinished units. I have used 3 diff types of bug spray and there is still an infestation. They fired Pest Control so the maintenance come and spray “water and soap” and I quote. Jacqueline Wrice in the leasing office handles Leasing Management issues poorly and also has 0 communication skills. She loses her patience very shortly and is EXTREMELY biased. She is very unprofessional and needs to be properly trained to run an Apartment complex. Jacqueline Wrice is a scammer. All of The maintenance men speak NO English so when it comes to needing things fixed it is 10xs harder and he only works on the complex every Tues & THURSDAY , TAKE $$ ELSE WHERE"

"The employees and property managers that they have here are very unprofessional in general the woman i talked to claimed she was a new manager and that she been in this industry for year but displayed attitude, constantly cut me off, falsified a conversation she claimed that i cursed at her (when i didnt), and that why i asked to see if their was cameras in the leasing office because she sat on the phone in-front of me and lied and was trying to demean me and repeating personal information aloud to the room and just gave bad vibes from when i got a call and told her my occupation and i could tell from then she havent liked me, and you dont know me so how do she know anything about me having a attitude especially since i never directed nothing towards you she took it upon herself and mixed up the whole situation to the woman above her because she made a mistake and couldn’t take accountability for it. And after we talked to the woman above the property manager they were still cutting us off as we try to talk and being unprofessional and believed a liar and didnt even try to listen to us. This new property manager i seen her on hodiamont before and she known for scamming so watch out! I never known a property manager that cant be professional and dont look professional either."

"This company is very unprofessional and it seems as if the only way to get some attention from someone higher up than the property manager is to post a review on the internet well I have all those same issues shady leasing practices upping our rent without fixing anything we need fixed,waster back up and overcharging us for whatever they feel. When brought to property manager she always says it's corporate but we can't get in contact with them well. I'm sure they will be contacting me soon BECAUSE I WAS ASSAULTED BY THIS WOMAN and I have the video and police report number ill be looking forward to hearing from you guys now or you will be hearing from my attorney"
