"I currently reside here and desperately am looking to move. It is very ghetto. They move anyone here and tenant complaints go unnoticed. They don’t follow landlord laws, and management is horrible. Several shootings and car thefts which nothing is being done about. Maintenance request are completely ignored. I had a flood in my apartment maybe two years ago floor is coming up and all."

"SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT MOVE HERE! Janet Carthen is a useless waste of space in the office. If you ever communicate with her she doesnt know or always has to get back to you. NOTHING and i mean NOTHING will ever be fixed. She will blame it on not having enough maintance men. I lived there a year how long does it take to hire a handy man? ROACHES ROACHES WATER BUGS MORE ROACHES! They have a SERIOUS infestation and will do nothing about it. Will tell you pest control is coming but they will never come. PLEASE save your money and live anywhere else! Terrible service, Terrible communication, Terrible bug problem RUN as fast as you can. Sleep in your car before you rent from Glenridge!"

"I wish there was an option for no stars. First I moved in 2020 on a two year special. So, the first day the office was not aware that they had a move in scheduled. So I was asked to come back later in the day. The apartment was reviewed and I was informed that the carpet had had a chance to be cleaned. I paid a $400 deposit and the lease was signed. During my time at the apartments I had put in several Maintenance orders for the fridge and freezer, the dishwasher and, the increase in Roaches. The children are allowed to throw rocks and stay on the playground all hours of the night. Maintenance entered my apartment after I moved out without permission, even though I moved my keys were not turned in. Overall it was okay, and basically a count down to move. At move out I received a statement balance I was charged $400 for carpet cleaning in which carpet was horrible during move in and $325 in cleaning. Not to also mention I was not provided my entire refund. I was told by manager that because $300 was in the system that is what I would be getting back. She provided the owner my receipt of my deposit and videos of the apartment and there was no response. My rent was on time and was even over paid. I do not recommend this property to anyone and for the people who live there please be advised you will receive your deposit back. Keep all receipts. I wish there was an option for no stars."

"I have been in my apartment for a year my lease is over next month. First they moved me into a apartment with dirty carpet. Which I had cleaned myself. Then shortly after my refrigerator was failing to keep any of my food cold. It still hasn’t been fixed I just have it turned to a certain level. Now since December my dishwasher has been broken and not replaced. It is causing a smell and several work order have been submitted. Now the fuse in the bathroom control the lights and maintenance orders have been put in and no one can came to replace. The hallways are neglected and apartments. There needs to be something done. They made complaints about Robin but this new lady is turning the property into a slump lord property"

"I’ve shared a previous review about the old property manager Robin thank god she “resigned” so let’s get it how good everything has been since the problem left. the new management team is everything great. Welcoming, Friendly, patient and Understanding. Even the new Maintenance team are courteous and fast. The men makes sure you are aware and explain the reasons to unexpected services. The lot is more cleaner as I’m usually greeted by them each morning working hard. This is a safe quiet place to live. The rent is affordable. Everything works better as well. Previous when Robin was manager and the different maintenance men I would have to constantly call management 3x a month for the same thing. 1/5 things that’s was constantly breaking was my a/c unit and the coolant pan overflowing. NOW Since new maintenance and management team been here that 1/5 major problem has been fixed. I’ve yet to call them about any major thing. If you’re looking for a nice affordable apartment right now Jan. 2021 the new management is the best and will welcome you in with open arm and help you with the stresses of apartment searching No washer in unit but have the on site unit Dishwasher Microwave Granite Cameras on lots Safe and for extra security police are usually on duty at nearby businesses Affordable All electric"
