"I just want to thank Ms. Andee! I wouldn’t nor could I ask for a better leasing agent. She made sure my EVERY need was satisfied and that I never left the office with any confusion. P.S. She is THAT girl! The overall energy in the office is amazing and supportive. Thank you all again."
"I lived there for 2 years, there have been 6 different property managers. It’s a requirement to have renters’ insurance, I had uploaded proof of the renters insurance to the renters portal, and to the officer managers email addresses. I was charged a non-compliance fee of $15, almost every month I lived there for two years, and would have to resubmit proof every time I wanted them to correct THEIR mistake. They never actually gave me money back but occasionally would credit the renter’s portal. They never credit back the fee of $3.95 they access for you to make an online payment. They refused to address the hole in my roof that was leaking into what is considered the living room, they would say it was condensation, apartments don’t condensate. There is a large hole in the living room floorboard that would allow the winter cold (-6 degrees) to just push into the apartment, because like I said there was a literal hole that was allowing gust of cold air, you could feel the air being flowing through it, the maintenance people insisted that apartments just get colder and I should bundle up. When I first moved in the front door was damaged from a prior altercation from the previous tenant, the door would let in light and air and even when locked could be easily opened with a slight push on the door, it took several months for anyone to address it. There was a metal banner that was left exposed in the loft area, that cut my hand a little bit before they would address correcting that. The carpet tacks would cut your feet because the installation was done cheap, there was white paint chips that would chip off the bathtub, for a year before they redid the shower. When I first moved in the sewer was full of trash, and backing up into the parking lot, other tenants had told they had asked several times for the apartment managers to address it, for years, I called the County Sewer department and they came out and fixed it that afternoon with one phone call which means that the apartment managers at the time and the corporate office left this problem unattended intentionally I assume. For several months they were not paying for trash pickup—I assume—the dumpsters were not being emptied-which created a bigger bug problem then what was already there. They added fees to the rent that are not listed in the lease, they extended my lease dates when I was renewing without my permission but said they didn’t so I would quickly resign (never feel obligated to move through something quickly) lesson learned there on my part. The most recent property manager I talked to saw that my renters insurance renewed the 14th of May, and I submitted the new documents the SAME day so I was never non-compliant, but still only would credit back $1.94 cents because I had already made the payment, and she snarkishly said I could use that to help pay my rent. Of course there was no refund for the $3.95 fee to use their payment system. I am now out of that apartment and once again they are adding things I don’t owe. I don’t owe for utilities for an apartment I gave notice of moving out of in May. DO NOT RENT FROM NICO TERRACE- they always post they have new managers and are working on the issues they aren’t. That’s marketing scheme to get you in there. They are cold and heartless and don’t even offer an insincere apologies for any of the trouble they cause people."
"Andee was so patient and sweet to me when I applied to get my apartment it was my first time getting a place. She answered every question and never got annoyed and I really appreciate her for that. A truly sweet and charismatic she made feel comfortable and was very welcoming never made me feel uneasy at all .Thanx Andee someone give that woman a raise she deserves it. I highly recommend this place"
"They are so amazing i applied and got approved within two weeks and moved in the following week after that and not to mention the customer service is outstanding! If you have any problems they will fix it at that exact moment or try their best to get to it. I didn’t really like the unit I was in at first due to it being a little too small and they transferred me to a new unit with no problem with such a positive attitude."
