When I tried to address my concerns to the property management, she got upset and started arguing with me about it very rude and dismissively, bathroom doesn't have a vanity mirror, oven doesn't work, bedroom window ledges are torn up. I don't know how the unit "passed" inspection. If I could leave 0 stars I would. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! RUNNNN!!!!"

"I moved in to cracks and breaks in the door and no shower head, old building with pluming issues. And the manager oh I’m sorry, she tried to change her title to regional manager to sound more professional. Then she cut me off saying the doors doesn’t just come off the henge, mam it’s been off the hinges. GHETTO"

"Do not move here they let me go 6 months without hot water and every time I called to check on the status of when it’ll be fixed I got the run around and they took even longer to fix the hot water in my kitchen sink so I had to boil water for months as well as my bathroom sink had brown colored water coming out of it and when I made them aware they told me to just let it run until it cleared and it tasted like metal so please save your coins it’s not worth it here there’s much better around for the same price. Lastly well before a year was even up we’ve already been through 3 different property managers and the communication here is horrible do not waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would"

"Been there a year now and no new changes where happening. We are under new management and they are already making great changes. They took the time to meet with all tenants to go over changes,needs,etc. I'm thrilled. Neighbors are friendly. Everyone so far is respectful. I plan to stay. Its convenient for my work at the hospital and my children school."
