"I'm so happy that they are trying really hard to improve the property. Getting rid of these old trees, I believe next summer they will be working on the land tscape..next they really need to work better on the rules of pets, after 5 dogs out with out leash, you cannot walk your dog safely without big dogs running up to your little dog. It is scary. They people need to park properly so the kids can walk on side walk, the cars need to pull all the way back, and please slow down, they do 35 to 40 miles on school zones while kids walking to school..so dangerous. Something must be done, or a child will get hurt."

"Don’t do it I tried to move in in August and my place wasn’t ready yet they still tried to move me in it had roaches it didn’t have a refrigerator or stove the sink was leaking it was just a mess and didn’t get my money back till 3 months later don’t do it"

"They use drywall for the walls nothing else so you hear everything that goes on with anyone. The property and leasing managers are messy and rude they never respond to messages and emails. They never fix any maintenance request they just mark them as finished without even coming to the unit. They might seem like nice ppl when moving in but don’t do it they will make you feel like they don’t want you to live there. They also bill you now for sewer, trash, water and a couple extra fees added to your rent.They do have new management and nothing is better she just as horrible and rude as the lease property manager … I’ve stayed in Spanish Cove and gotten better service and they didn’t even have management at the time … If you don’t want to waste your time and money don’t even apply."

"So many people was telling me don’t move here because of violence and I was terrified. But I’ve actually come to like it! I’m in a newly remodeled unit and I rarely have issues. When I do, Maintenance comes right away and resolves it! I’ve learned that if you mind ya business and stay to yourself, you can make the best of anything. Only thing I don’t like is how the parking lot is made and it has no lights (really dark at night) You hear just as many gun shots as you do in any area in STL. You got ya typical neighbors being loud every now and again like normal. But These are downfalls of renting at apartment complexes. When you stay prayed up, God covers you! Make the move and create your own experience! If you don't like it, at least you tried for yourself!"
