Normally with cancellation issues we’re sympathetic and eat the loss, knowing peoples’ time is worth something. But nearly $2k for two clicks of the mouse one day apart for a reservation 6 weeks away when the website clearly allowed for it…bad business"

"I don’t know how this company is still renting with so many bad complaints. They are AWFUL and won’t stand behind their customers. They are fraudulent by posting old pictures making you think the rental is apostles and clean! FRAUD!! When I showed for an Airbnb rented by then I checked it prior to the checkin time. Couches and rugs were dirty and this germ ridden ! I was appalled because the pics were NOTHING like it. It was old. Run down and dirty! I was applauded. I immediately told them I would not stay and why and they REFUSED return my money I paid in full upfront! I could not get back in to take pictures and they said I had no proof. Why would they not hold the tenant accountable. They still have the FRAUDULENT pics up."

"My experience working for them was ok for training but after that I had an issue with my pay that never got resolved I also was never put on the schedule to start working after my training was complete which sucked because I was looking forward to working with them. It was a complete waste of time I wasted a weeks worth of gas effort and energy going to the warehouse in Maryland heights just to be traveling all the way to downtown St. Louis to clean units thankfully I still have full time job, zencity was going to be part time but they should be aware of this matter of wasting ppls time and gas and screwing over their pay and not doing anything about it. Poor customer service as a GM an CEO for not properly handling the situation in a professional manner after they were notified about this directly but they want to be respectfully taken serious as a company not hard up for a job but it’s upsetting that the GM and CEO did not take precautions to got this resolved just think twice about working here it’s not worth it."

"My husband and I just stayed here, and the location is awesome. That being said, there are a few important draw backs. The wifi username and password that was given to us didn't work, and the issue wasn't resolved with Zencity's support. So I had to pay my cell phone company for extra mobile data. The shower in our little studio apartment didn't have any hot water either. The faucet to the shower was broken. We spent the weekend trotting around the city, and at the baseball game in the rain, and couldn't take a hot shower. Lastly, the electronic lock to enter the room kept malfunctioning. Each time we wanted to enter the room we had to wait in the hallway for about 10 minutes until the lock would cooperate. The stay was ok, but not awesome. When the issues were brought up to the company we were offered 10% off our next stay. We will not be staying with Zencity in the future."
