"Don’t stay here,was there with my mother and she felt unsafe because of the other guest and rooms. Told the weekend clerk and he was rude. Hung up on us,then wouldn’t talk to us at all. We told him we would like a refund he said,we mention that we feel unsafe and he tried to switch rooms. Ask to speak to his manager and he said he is the highest manager there. We had to call the police yo get a refund and even then was a problem. Horrible customer service,do not stay there !"

"The night attendant (manager) is rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I called to complain about my stay and the man hung up in my face. They also don’t refund your deposit after 7-10 business days. I received a partial refund and they gave me the most ridiculous reason to charge $75. The stay itself was comfortable but the customer service is the worst. Update: this is a response to the owner. Women have periods! A blood stain isn’t worth $75."

"Clean, quiet, friendly front desk, decent price. Room is spacious with fridge and microwave, King size bed is exactly what I needed after a very long day. Didn’t expect to have to stay over in the area. Very happy to have found this lovely spot. I highly recommend!"

"For one rooms were dirty. As soon as you walk in the door you’re hit by a horrible heavy smell of incense coming from behind the front desk that as you check in and out will give you a headache. Management needs to step up and not allow the incense inside the building, although the few lady’s working may like it, alot of guests don’t. I wouldn’t stay here, there’s many better options within walking distance. Dont let the price get to your head, your better off spending 20$ more for a much better place"
