"I am living for the past two years at the Reserves at Hoffman Estates and I love it here. The office staff is nice and helpful. The maintenance guys was very professional and fix things within 24 hours. Rent is a little high but I don’t mind paying it because my family and I love our neighbors and we love the scenery especially out our bedroom windows."

"I have lived here almost a year and I am beyond happy with my decision. Rent is reasonable, staff both in the office and the maintenance department are wonderful to work with. I've had several minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately, sometimes the same day I submitted a work order. Juan, Jorge and Tom are always most helpful. I walk the grounds semi-regularly and they are well maintained. As an aside, I lived here 30 years ago when these were first built and it was called Park Place Apartments. I'm very happy to be back. Thank you for everything you do!"

"I have lived here for 8 months now. The amenities are great! The pool area is always clean and well kept, they have 2 dog parks that are maintained throughout the year. The clubhouse hosts regular events for the community which has a decent turn out. My kids and i attended a couple. The management staff is helpful and kind. My only critique is are that the playgrounds can use some extra love and same with the basketball court. But that could be on a progress plan :) i read some other reviews about "hidden fees" but leasing managers were very upfront with me so i personally had no surprises."

"The reserve at Hoffman Estates has made having my first apartment for myself and my daughter a really great experience. The staff in the office, and even the maintenance team are so very helpful. Everything is always kept clean from the hallways to the common areas. I really enjoy the festivities they have for each holiday season such as the letters for Santa and the gift rapping station. I hope they continue doing a great job with the property so tenants can continue to live in Peace. I love it here."
